What happens next

Review, correct, record

  1. The submission is validated and queued without collecting your identity.
  2. An editor checks the cited page, process boundary, and primary source.
  3. If a change is justified, the canonical record and all derived surfaces are updated together.
  4. The source-check or evidence-review date changes, and a material correction is preserved in the audit history.
