1. Using WaitGraph
By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms. You remain responsible for checking official instructions, deadlines, account status, and any action required by the organization handling your process.
2. Information, not a promise
Official estimates may change. AI-sourced guidance may be incomplete. Contributor observations may not generalize. A WaitGraph estimate describes comparable tracked cases; it does not guarantee when your case will finish or predict whether it will be approved.
Do not use WaitGraph as a substitute for professional advice or official instructions in medical, legal, immigration, financial, safety-critical, or emergency matters.
3. Independent service
WaitGraph is independent from Google AdSense and every other organization mentioned in a process record unless a page explicitly says otherwise. Names and links identify the process and its source; they do not imply endorsement.
4. Private tracker access
Keep private tracker links, browser sessions, and recovery messages secure. Anyone who can use your authorized access may be able to view or update the tracker. Do not create a tracker for another person without authority or enter information you are not entitled to process.
5. Contributions and proof
You must submit accurate information and only files you have the right to provide. Do not upload identity documents, payment data, passwords, medical records, malware, fabricated proof, or unrelated personal information. You grant WaitGraph the limited permission needed to privately store, transform, review, and delete submitted proof under the data policy.
Aggregation and research use require the relevant consent. WaitGraph may exclude, limit, or remove a case from analysis for duplication, a wrong process, invalid endpoints, manipulation, legal risk, or quality reasons. Consent does not guarantee publication.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access another person’s tracker, evidence, or admin tools.
- Automated abuse, scraping private routes, bypassing rate limits, or disrupting service.
- Submitting unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
- Using WaitGraph to harass an organization or claim a guaranteed outcome.
- Repackaging an evidence label in a materially misleading way.
7. Availability and changes
Features can be limited, paused, corrected, archived, or withdrawn for security, cost, quality, legal, or operational reasons. WaitGraph may change a process definition when the underlying organization changes it, while preserving an update record where appropriate.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WaitGraph is provided without a promise that every source, estimate, reminder, or feature will always be available or error-free. WaitGraph is not liable for an organization’s delay, decision, missed official deadline, or action you take solely from a timing estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy, corrections, and these terms
